I Called Daigle oil. They had no issue. Always getting answer machine no matter what time of day or day of the week..
8 years ago I used to get my service from Dead River, until my second phone call with them... Dead River acted like my business with them inconvenienced them. I hung up the phone and called Hometown. I've been with them since.
Ordered fuel. They would not deliver because of the driveway. I told them I was going to call Daigle oil and they could have cared less.
I get my pellets and home fuel at here. The people there are always friendly, both on the phone and in person.
