After complaining through emails calls etc they didnt even discount or even help with installment or anything.
ok lets start off by saying if u want to wait forever for a poorly made product that looks good this is the place to go.
Also They are very slow and many would tell you this. and they dont response to emails and they lie about sending emails. Also if you want b. cards be expecting to wait 3 weeks for cards yes they tell you its 2 week but it ends up being about 3 due to lack of prompt of emails etc. They have poor and I mean poor costumer service.
I did not have anything really good to say, yes the things I had made look really nice but It was very cheap. the vinyl is very very very thin... I have seen nicer made vinyl that is thick and is really meant to put out side. The vinyl they use is like the stuff you use in a cricket and could buy at craft stores and Not really made for outside.
I have been using Blvd Graphix for going on 5 years now. My products have all met my expectations. They do a large volume of work that goes nationwide so you may not get an "instant" turnaround. People in this area think that because it is small town USA that they can just walk in and have it completed on the spot. With the way business has spread across the internet it increases business generated as well as production time. I will continue to do business with them even after I move away.
So like I said if you want cheap poor quality that looks good this is the place to go. thank you
